Our refud ad returs policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed sice your purchase, we ca’t offer you a full refud or exchage.

To be eligible for a retur, your item must be uused ad i the same coditio that you received it. It must also be i the origial packagig.

Several types of goods are exempt from beig retured. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, ewspapers or magazies caot be retured. We also do ot accept products that are itimate or saitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your retur, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certai situatios where oly partial refuds are grated:

  • Book with obvious sigs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or viyl record that has bee opeed.
  • Ay item ot i its origial coditio, is damaged or missig parts for reasos ot due to our error.
  • Ay item that is retured more tha 30 days after delivery

Refuds

Oce your retur is received ad ispected, we will sed you a email to otify you that we have received your retured item. We will also otify you of the approval or rejectio of your refud.

If you are approved, the your refud will be processed, ad a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or origial method of paymet, withi a certai amout of days.

Late or missig refuds

If you have’t received a refud yet, first check your bak accout agai.

The cotact your credit card compay, it may take some time before your refud is officially posted.

Next cotact your bak. There is ofte some processig time before a refud is posted.

Sale items

Oly regular priced items may be refuded. Sale items caot be refuded.

Exchages

We oly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you eed to exchage it for the same item, sed us a email at {email address} ad sed your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift whe purchased ad shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your retur. Oce the retured item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was’t marked as a gift whe purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will sed a refud to the gift giver ad they will fid out about your retur.

Shippig returs

To retur your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be resposible for payig for your ow shippig costs for returig your item. Shippig costs are o-refudable. If you receive a refud, the cost of retur shippig will be deducted from your refud.

Depedig o where you live, the time it may take for your exchaged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returig more expesive items, you may cosider usig a trackable shippig service or purchasig shippig isurace. We do’t guaratee that we will receive your retured item.
