Now here, I will first give a small expalanation of the world kwajah.
The word kwajah, in different times have been used for different matters and persons. Here the meaning of kwajah is shaikh and Pir/Murshid (Spiritual guide). Kwajah is in the singular form and its plural is khwajgan. Thus Khatme Kwajagan means to complete the permissible. Thus khatme khwajgan means to complete the permissible aurad, azkar and wazaif practices which are linked to the Ahlullah and Bazrugane (Staying within the boundaries of the Shariah).
